BOOKends
Library sculpture could stand alone or function as a bookend. A full-scale book opens to reveal a miniature bookcase filled with tiny books and trinkets. Materials include heavily rusted steel, welded mild steel, vintage newspaper print plates made of magnesium, galvanized wire, handmade paper books, dollhouse brass and glass vases, watch parts and terra cotta pot with a real air plant.
8-1/2” tall x 7.5” diameter for bookcase within full-sized book
